Why does it always come down to this?

(this). It does always seem to come back to this damn awful feeling, time and time again. Wish I could just shake it but it seems to win every time. Are some of us just predisposed to this? Or is it not just genetic or hormonal or psychological mumbo-jumbo, but because of real life situations beyond our control? ... you are now entering the twilight zone.

Oh, hugs. I'm sorry you're having a tough time Rdl. I don't have an answer. Some of us just feel things more I think ...

I hope putting it on the blog has helped a bit.

You have my sympathies.

I felt my mood pullet on Wednesday (for no good reason) and have been weepy ever since, like something is horribly wrong and I just can't focus and remember what it is. Hate this feeling, but it is a strange comfort to know there are others...:o) Take care!

Fight it with all you might..and in the effort of the fight, you may find new strength, and the knowledge that, yes, you can fight this off, or at the very least, not succumb to it completely.
Only by trying will you know.
God Bless you in this battle.

I know what you're saying, rdl. I don't know if I agree with Tom about fighting it. Sometimes, I think, you just have to accept it and wait, knowing that this too shall pass.
